Device Activation

recoveryLocate makes it easy to setup your devices. It only takes a few minutes and you will be tracking in no time.

Using a smartphone?

Visit https://my.recoverylocate.com and create a tracking account.

After you create your account open your phone’s camera app and scan the QR Code on the back of your new device to get started:

 

    • We give your device a name, you can change it if you want.
    • We enter your IMEI and verify that is it correct.
    • We select the correct device type from the dropdown.

Using a computer?

Visit https://my.recoverylocate.com and create a tracking account.

We give you options to make it easy. If you register on a computer, you will be guided through the device activation process automatically:

 

    • Give the device a name, make it something descriptive.
    • Enter the device IMEI / ID, our software will verify it’s valid.
    • Choose the device type from the dropdown.
